- Planen, Organisieren, Koordinieren - ab jetzt sorgst Du dafür, dass im Büro alle Prozesse in den richtigen Bahnen verlaufen.
- Du nimmst eingehende Reklamationen auf und wickelst diese sorgfältig ab.
- Darüber hinaus rechnest Du unsere Logistikdienstleistungen ab, sowohl im Lager als auch für die Transporte.
- Im Einkauf bist Du der Ansprechpartner für Bestellungen - von Verbrauchs- über Verpackungsmaterialien bis hin zu Arbeitskleidung.
- Zusätzlich machen wir Dich fit in puncto Personalsachbearbeitung und setzen hier auf Deine Unterstützung.
What you bring
- Die mittlere Reife oder Fachhochschulreife hast Du in der Tasche und bist nun gespannt auf neuen Input.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit Zahlen sowie in Sachen Rechtschreibung und Grammatik.
- Außerdem verfügst Du über grundlegende Englischkenntnisse.
- Der Umgang mit dem PC ist für Dich kein Problem und Programme wie MS-Office kennst Du gut.
- Nicht zuletzt bringst Du Entdeckergeist mit, ebenso wie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
