Unser Logistikstandort in Rade-Mienenbüttel wächst: Nutze die Chance und werde jetzt Teil unseres Expertenteams für die Lagerung und das Handling von Gefahrstoffen und Mineralölen für einige der weltweit größten Kunden aus der Chemie- und Mineralölindustrie. - Eigenverantwortlich steuerst und kontrollierst Du als Teamleiter oder Schichtleiter das Tagesgeschäft und hast stets einen Blick auf alle relevanten Kennzahlen.
- Du leitest die Shopfloor Runden und übernimmst die fachliche / disziplinarische Führung sowie Motivation Deines Teams.
- Zudem achtest Du bei allen Abläufen konsequent auf die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Lager.
- Das Wichtigste dabei: Das Team! Von der Personaleinsatzplanung über Personalgespräche bis hin zur Personalentwicklung liegt Dein Fokus bei den Mitarbeitenden.
What you bring
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Fachlageristen bzw. zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik abgeschlossen – alternativ bringst Du einschlägige Berufspraxis mit.
- In jedem Fall verfügst Du über einen Führerschein zum Führen von Frontstaplern mit der entsprechenden Fahrpraxis. Von Vorteil ist ebenfalls Fahrpraxis auf dem Schubmaststapler.
- Erfahrung in der Verladung von LKW oder Containern und Kenntnisse in der Ladungssicherung sind von Vorteil.
- Zudem erledigst Du Deine Aufgaben mit hohem Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bringst die Bereitschaft zum Wechselschichtdienst mit.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
