What you can expect
- Nach einer erfolgreichen Einarbeitung, übernimmst du im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit, die Führung und Planung eines kleinen Teams im Hannover.
- Routiniert unterstützt du das operative Tagesgeschäft im Bereich Postbearbeitung und Dokumentendigitalisierung und sorgst zudem für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Weiterhin erfasst du erforderliche Daten in unsere IT-Systeme und verrichtest abschließend allgemeine administrative Aufgaben.

- Wir suchen Könner – und setzen dabei auch gerne auf Quereinsteiger und Führungskräfte aus der zweiten Reihe.
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Abläufe, Prozesse und Kennzahlen.
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Hands-On-Mentalität und gute IT Kenntnisse in MS Office, zählen zu deinen Stärken.
- Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine sehr guten Ausdrucksweise, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
