Mit Deinem Organisationstalent managst du zuverlässig den Fuhrpark an unserem Standort und planst die Touren verlässlicher als dein Navi - dabei übernimmst Du die Personalplanung und tauschst dich mit den Fahrern aus.
Auch wenn’s manchmal trocken sein kann: Die EU-Richtlinien für Lenk- und Ruhezeiten und unsere Qualitätsstandards begleiten Dich in deinem daily
business.
Disposition hat nichts mit Einkauf zu tun? Nicht ganz – Du beschaffst Transportdienstleistungen und Zusatzpersonal wie ein Profi.
Last but not least kümmerst Du Dich um Ladungssicherungskontrollen, damit unsere Produkte auch sicher beim Kunden ankommen.
What you bring
Als Basis hast Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder KFZ-Mechaniker - aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen!
Du bist fit im Umgang mit MS Office und Speditionssoftwares und Englisch ist für Dich auch kein Problem? Ein Traum!
Mit deinen geografischen und regionalen Kenntnissen bringst Du unsere Fahrzeuge auf die Straße.
Probleme lösen, Abläufe koordinieren und alle Fäden in der Hand halten sind Dein Ding? Perfekt!
Handwerkliches Geschick liegt dir im Blut und Du bist Feuer und Flamme, was die neusten Innovationen in der Tourenplanung angeht.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
