Spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung und im operativen Lagerbereich erwarten dich bei uns. An zentraler Stelle unterstützt du gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkollegen den reibungslosen Ablauf der Lagerprozesse vor Ort.
- Zu deinen zukünftigen Aufgaben gehört die Koordination und Abwicklung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kundenaufträge.
- Dabei stehst du als kompetenter Ansprechpartner in enger und vertrauensvoller Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und internationalen Fahrern.
- Bei der Erstellung von Lieferpapieren, Fracht- und Exportdokumenten zählen wir auf deine Sorgfältigkeit.
- Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Abwicklung eingehender Reklamationen.
What you bring
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
- Mit den Anwendungen von Microsoft Office kennst du dich aus und kannst diese sicher anwenden.
- Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie eine Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Abschließend punktest du mit einem offenen, team- und dienstleistungsorientierten Auftreten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
