What you can expect

  • Przygotowywanie wycen i kalkulacji dla klientów zgodnie z indywidualnym planem, w tym: pozyskiwanie danych i negocjowanie z klientami warunków współpracy.
  • Prospecting telefoniczny.
  • Podtrzymywanie dobrych relacji i rozwój sprzedaży u aktualnych klientów spółki.
  • Współpraca z Account Managerami przy realizacji planów sprzedażowych.
  • Budowanie wizerunku spółki na rynku oraz właściwych relacji wewnątrz spółki.
  • Administrowanie procesami sprzedaży, praca w aplikacji typy CRM oraz innych wskazanych narzędziach.
  • Systematyczna współpraca z działami operacyjnym w zakresie regulowania współpracy z klientami.

What you bring

  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług TSL lub logistyce/transporcie.
  • Dobra znajomość MS Office.
  • Kompetencje sprzedażowe i negocjacyjne.
  • Samodzielność w działaniu i nastawienie na realizację celów.
  • Umiejętność budowania długofalowych, partnerskich relacji biznesowych.
  • Mile widziana znajomość języka angielskiego.

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
