What you can expect

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortest Du die Sicherstellung der Software Compliance innerhalb der Rhenus-Gruppe.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um das SAM - selbstverständlich nach einer umfangreichen Einarbeitung.
  • Außerdem berätst Du die (inter-)nationale Business Units hinsichtlich der Beschaffung von Software-Lizenzen sowie allen lizenzrechtlichen Fragen Herrsteller-übergreifend.
  • Unsere (inter-)nationalen Keyuser führst Du sicher durch Meetings und Schulungen zu unseren SAM-Prozessen und dem Umgang mit unserem zentralen SAM-Tool - auch vor Ort. 
  • Du berätst unsere internen Kunden im zusammenspiel von technischer Inventarisierung und Lizenzmanagement.

What you bring

  • Dein Studium oder Deine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich kombinierst Du mit fundierten Service-Skills.
  • Du hast bereits langjährige Erfahrung im Lizenzmanagement und komplexe technische Szenarien zu interpretieren gehört zu Deinem Alltag
  • Das Handling von Microsoft, VMWare und Oracle Lizenzmodellen und Verträgen sind keine Herausforderung für Dich.
  • Deine vorhandenen Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit SQL-Datenbanken und mit Scriptsprachen sowie Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Azure, AWS) und Service Provider Lizensierungen zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Neben gutem technischen Verständnis und IT-Branchenkenntnis bringst Du auch gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit.
  • Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und schaffst es, auch komplizierte Sachverhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln - das gelingt Dir auf Deutsch, insbesondere auf Englisch und gerne auch in weiteren Sprachen.

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
