  • Du übernimmst Stück für Stück Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft rund um unser Bewerbermanagementsystem.
  • Hierbei übernimmst Du das Screening von Bewerbungen und erhältst die Chance, Einblicke in Bewerbungsgespräche zu bekommen und diese perspektivisch eigenständig zu führen.
  • Dabei lernst Du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der Bedarfsentstehung bis zur Einstellung kennen.
  • Dir begegnen vielfältige Herausforderungen, die Du eigenverantwortlich meisterst – dabei kannst Du eigene Impulse setzen.

What you bring

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student mindestens im vierten Semester in einem Wirtschafts- oder vergleichbaren Studium, mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal.
  • Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources sammeln.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsgeschick und Organisationsfähigkeit runden Dein Profil ab.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie selbständig und hast als engagierter Teamplayer Freude daran, einen großen Beitrag zum Teamerfolg zu leisten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
